摘　　要：尼勒克县蜜源植物资源丰富,生态环境无污染,新疆黑蜂保护区内无其他蜂种影响,是酿造高品质新疆黑蜂蜂蜜的优势产区。蜂蜜中维生素成分含量也因来源植物类型不同、来源地域不同而差异较大。本研究收集尼勒克新疆黑蜂保护区内7个养殖基地新疆黑蜂蜂蜜样品,按照相关国家标准方法测定维生素(维生素D、α-生育酚、γ-生育酚、δ-生育酚、维生素A、维生素E、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素K1、烟酸、泛酸、叶酸、生物素、L(+)-抗坏血酸总量、β-胡萝卜素)含量,脂溶性维生素中仅检出以δ-生育酚形式存在的维生素E;水溶性维生素中检出维生素B2、维生素B6、烟酸、泛酸和叶酸。建立本数据集将为评价尼勒克新疆黑蜂蜂蜜营养指标提供数据支持。Nilka County is rich in nectar plants,pollution-free ecology and no other bee species influence in the Xinjiang Black Bee Reserve,making it an advantageous production area for brewing high quality Xinjiang Black Bee Honey.The content of vitamin components in honey also varies greatly depending on the type of source plants and the geographical area of origin.In this study,we collected honey samples from seven breeding sites of Xinjiang Black Bee Honey in Nilka Xinjiang Black Bee Reserve and determined the vitamins(vitamin D,α-tocopherol,γ-tocopherol,δ-tocopherol,vitamin A,vitamin E,vitamin B1,vitamin B2,vitamin B6,vitamin B12,vitamin K1,niacin,pantothenic acid,folic acid,biotin,L(+)-(total ascorbic acid,β-carotene)content,only vitamin E in the form ofδ-tocopherol was detected in the fat-soluble vitamins;vitamin B2,vitamin B6,niacin,pantothenic acid and folic acid were detected in the water-soluble vitamins.The establishment of this dataset will provide data support for the evaluation of nutritional indicators of Nilka Xinjiang Black Bee Honey.
