两亲性超支化聚合物共混聚偏氟乙烯膜及其超滤性能

摘  要:以N-羟乙基丙烯酰胺(HEAA)为亲水单体,甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为疏水单体,通过一步可逆加成-断裂链转移(RAFT)可控活性自由基聚合合成了支化链段聚合度不同的两亲性超支化聚合物HPMH;并通过非溶剂致相转化法(NIPS)制备了聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)/HPMH共混膜。采用场发射扫描电镜、动态接触角测试仪及渗透性能测试仪对膜表面形貌、亲水性及渗透性能进行表征。结果发现,随着HPMH分子中支化链段聚合度的增大,共混膜的孔隙率从(56.4±8.95)%增加到(71.2±7.11)%;表面孔径首先从(28.52±3.38)nm增加到(33.09±1.04)nm,而后降低至(24.91±2.22)nm;亲水性也明显增加。与纯膜相比,在截留率未明显降低的条件下,最优共混膜(M-3)的水通量是未改性膜的5.5倍,表明HPMH改性剂可以调控膜表面化学结构组成和孔结构,有益于膜分离性能的提升。N-hydroxyethylacrylamide(HEAA)was used as the hydrophilic monomer and methyl methacrylate(MMA)as the hydrophobic monomer by one-step reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer(RAFT)controlled living radical polymerization.Amphiphilic hyperbranched polymer HPMH with different degrees of polymerization of branched segments;PVDF/HPMH blend membranes were prepared by non-solvent induced phase inversion method.The surface morphology,hydrophilicity and permeability of the membrane were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscope,dynamic contact angle tester and permeability tester.It was found that with the increase of the degree of polymerization of the branched segments in the HPMH molecule,the porosity of the blend membrane increased from(56.4±8.95)%to(71.2±7.11)%;the surface pore size first increased from(28.52±3.38)nm increased to(33.09±1.04)nm,and then decreased to(24.91±2.22)nm;the hydrophilicity also increased significantly.Compared with the pure membrane,the water flux of the optimal blend membrane(M-3)was 5.5 times higher than that of the unmodified membrane under the condition that the rejection rate is not significantly reduced,indicating that the HPMH modifier could modulate the chemical structure of the membrane surface.The composition and pore structure are beneficial to the improvement of membrane separation performance.
