摘 要:随着聚酯产业科技的发展,液相增黏技术生产瓶用聚酯的工艺技术已逐步成熟。本文采用热分析仪、旋转流变仪、凝胶色谱对比研究了液相增黏和固相增黏生产的水瓶用聚酯性能和加工应用的差异。研究表明,采用液相增黏技术生产的水瓶用聚酯与固相增黏技术产品相比,结晶度下降6%、熔融塑化初始温度降低20℃以上,重均分子量下降11%,熔融焓值减少7 J/g,冷结晶温度提高23℃,表现出更优异的流变性能,更低的制品黏度降和乙醛含量。与传统固相增黏水瓶用聚酯相比,液相增黏水瓶用聚酯具有更好的加工工艺窗口及制品低乙醛特征。With the technological development of polyester industry,the liquid phase viscosification method aim to produce bottle polyester has gradually matured.In this paper,the properties and processing application of polyester used in water bottles produced by liquid and solid viscosification were compared.The results showed that compared with the solid phase viscosification products,the liquid phase viscosification polyester for water bottles possessed the performances such as the crystallinity decreased by 6%,the initial temperature of melt plasticization decreased by more than 20℃,the weight average molecular weight decreased by 11%,the enthalpy of melt decreased by 7 J/g,and the cold crystallization temperature increased by 23℃,moreover,it also showed a smaller molecular weight distribution index,a better rheological properties and a lower viscosity drop and acetaldehyde content.Therefore,liquid-phase viscosification polyester for water bottle usage has a wider processing window and is more suitable for products with low acetaldehyde characteristics.
