摘　　要：针对某厂空分装置SVK型氮气压缩机油系统主油泵安装形式不合理问题进行失效分析,将原布置在齿轮箱机组主轴侧方,通过与主轴齿轮传动形式驱动主油泵,改造为布置在电机尾端,与电机主轴直联形式驱动主油泵,并使用补偿量较大的弹性联轴器,通过复核电机轴向及径向窜量,调整控制电机与主油泵对中等,保证了压缩机油系统的稳定运行。改造后机组及油泵运行稳定,达到预期效果。In view of the unreasonable structure of the main oil pump system of SVK nitrogen compressor in an air separation unit of a plant,the failure analysis was carried out.The main oil pump,which was originally arranged on the side of the main shaft of the gearbox unit and driven by the paired gear of the main shaft,was transformed into the main oil pump arranged at the end of the motor and directly connected with the main shaft of the motor.By improving the layout structure of the main oil pump,using the elastic coupling with large compensation,rechecking the axial and radial displacement of the motor,and adjusting the alignment between the control motor and the main oil pump,the stable operation of the compressor oil system is ensured.After the transformation,the unit and oil pump operate stably and achieve the expected effect.
