摘  要:为了探究西花蓟马常温品系和高温品系种群对螺虫乙酯的响应,用螺虫乙酯分别处理西花蓟马两个品系的若虫和成虫,比较螺虫乙酯处理对西花蓟马两个品系种群参数的影响差异。结果显示,高温可抑制西花蓟马种群发育,但用螺虫乙酯处理西花蓟马两个品系若虫时,螺虫乙酯对常温品系若虫的影响更显著。高温品系雌、雄成虫寿命、F_(1)代若虫数量、性比和羽化率的降低幅度比常温品系分别低11.1%、24.4%、6.9%、7.6%、1.7%。用螺虫乙酯处理两个品系成虫时,同样表现为对常温品系成虫的影响更显著;除羽化率外,高温品系雌、雄成虫寿命、F_(1)代若虫数量、性比的降低幅度比常温品系分别低4.1%、2.4%、8.7%、2.7%。结果表明,高温和螺虫乙酯均能够抑制西花蓟马种群,但螺虫乙酯对西花蓟马高温品系的抑制程度要低于常温品系。The population parameters of the high-temperature strain and the normal-temperature strain of Frankliniella occidentalis which treated with spirotetramat respectively were compared.The results showed that high temperature inhibited the development of F.occidentalis population and the effects of spirotetramat on nymphs of F.occidentalis of the normal-temperature strain were more significant.The reductions of female longevity,male longevity,the number of F_(1) generation nymphs,sex ratio and emergence rate of the high-temperature strain were 11.1%,24.4%,6.9%,7.6%and 1.7%lower than that of the normal strain respectively.The effects of spirotetramat on the adults of F.occidentalis of the normal-temperature strain were also more significant.The reductions of female longevity,male longevity,the number of F_(1) generation nymphs,and sex ratio of the high-temperature strain were 4.1%,2.4%,8.7%and 2.7%lower than that of the normal strain.The population of F.occidentalis was suppressed by high temperature and spirotetramat,but the degree of inhibition to the high-temperature strain population was lower than that to the normal-temperature strain population.
