摘  要:以猴矶岛为研究对象,采用独立样本T检验、冗余分析(RDA)等方法,对不同坡向植物群落组成及物种多样性进行研究,为猴矶岛植被保护与开发提供一定数据支撑。调查共发现50科126属170种植物,其中菊科、禾本科种数目占比最多。在阴坡,灌木层物种多样性水平较高;在阳坡,乔木层物种多样性水平较高。不同坡向乔木层、灌木层、草本层物种丰富度指数、香农-维纳多样性指数、辛普森多样性指数均存在极显著差异。坡度、经度、海拔与物种多样性水平呈正相关,纬度、坡向与物种多样性水平呈负相关。因此,坡向与猴矶岛植物群落物种多样性紧密相关。Taking Houji Island as the research object,the independent sample T test,redundancy analysis(RDA)and other methods were used to study the composition and species diversity of plant communities in different aspects to provide certain data for vegetation protection and development on Houji Island.A total of 170 species of plants belonging to 126 genera and 50 families were found in the survey,among which Compositae and Gramineae genera accounted for the largest proportion.On the shady aspect,the species diversity level of the shrub layer was higher;on the sunny aspect,the species diversity level of the tree layer was higher.There were extremely significant differences in species richness index,Shannon-Wiener’s diversity index and Simpson’s diversity index of tree layer,shrub layer and herb layer with different aspect orientations.Slope gradient,longitude and altitude were positively correlated with species diversity level,while latitude and aspect were negatively correlated with species diversity level.Therefore,the aspect is closely related to the species diversity of plant community on Houji Island.
