摘  要:阐述了一种烟秆拔除装置,通过计算确定了烟秆拔除机的主要技术参数。设计的绞笼式烟秆拔除机主要由减速传动箱、三叶螺旋状绞笼、板状拨杆装置等组成。单因素试验和正交试验结果显示:影响烟秆拔除率的因素主次顺序是绞笼入土深度、绞笼旋转速度和机具工作速度;影响须根残留率的因素主次顺序是绞笼入土深度、机具工作速度和绞笼旋转速度。考虑机具工作的经济性,满足烟秆拔除率和须根残留率要求的最优组合为机具工作速度14 m/s、绞笼旋转速度315 r/min、绞笼入土深度20 cm。A kind of tobacco stalk extractor is described and the main technical parameters of the tobacco stalk extractor are determined through calculation.The designed winch-cage tobacco stalk extractor is mainly composed of a reduction gear box,a three-leaf spiral winch-cage,a plate-shaped paddle device,etc.The results of single factor test and orthogonal test showed that the primary and secondary factors affecting the tobacco stalk removal rate were the depth of the winch-cage into the soil,the rotation speed of the winch-cage and the working speed of the machine,while the primary and secondary order of the factors affecting the fibrous root residual rate were the depth of the winch-cage into the soil,the working speed of the machine and the rotation speed of the winch-cage.Considering the economic efficiency of the machines,the optimal combination to meet the requirements of tobacco stalk removal rate and fibrous root residual rate is that the working speed of the machines is 14 m/s,the rotation speed of the winch-cage is 315 r/min,and the depth of the winch-cage into the soil is 20 cm.
