摘 要:【目的】为探索外源物质水杨酸(salicylic acid,SA)和2,1,3-苯并噻二唑(2,1,3-Benzothiadiazole,BTH)诱导烟草抗赤星病的效应。【方法】选用红花大金元烟草幼苗为试验材料,分别用0.25~2.0 mmol/L SA和0.1~2.0 mmol/L BTH喷施烟草幼苗,48 h后接种赤星病菌(Alternaria alternate),测定病斑直径以筛选SA和BTH诱导烟草抗赤星病的最适浓度。基于此,用上述最佳诱导浓度SA和BTH预处理烟草叶片后接种赤星病菌,测定烟草幼苗叶片过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)等防御酶的活性以及丙二醛(MDA)含量。【结果】0.5~2.0mmol/LSA预处理烟草幼苗,其病斑直径均明显低于对照组,其中2.0 mmol/L SA处理的诱导效果最佳为23.01%;0.1~0.5 mmol/L BTH可有效降低烟草病斑直径,以0.2 mmol/L BTH的诱导效果最佳,为22.43%;最佳诱导浓度SA和BTH处理组的CAT、POD和PPO防御酶活性在接种后15d内显著高于对照组,而MDA含量则低于对照组,表明外源SA和BTH对赤星病的诱导抗性作用,可能与其提高烟草防御酶活性并降低MDA含量有关。【意义】上述研究将为烟草赤星病防控提供理论参考。[Objective] In this study, tobacco seedlings were used to investigate the effects of salicylic acid(SA) and 2,1,3-Benzothiadiazole(BTH) inducing resistance to brown spot. [Method] Tobacco seedlings were sprayed with 0.25~2.0 mmol/L SA and 0.1~2.0 mmol/L BTH, respectively, and inoculated with Alternaria alternate 48 h later, and then the lesion diameters was determined to get the optimum concentrations of SA and BTH. Based on this, the defense enzyme activities of seedlings, including catalase(CAT), peroxidase(POD) and polyphenol oxidase(PPO) were measured after being treated with the optimum induction concentrations of SA and BTH. [Results] The results showed that the lesion diameters of tobacco leaves treated with 0.5~2.0 mmol/L SA and 0.1~0.5 mmol/L BTH were all smaller than that of the control group, and the best induced effect was 23.01%(2.0 mmol/L SA) and 22.43%(0.2 mmol/L BTH), respectively. Compared with the control, the activities of CAT, POD and PPO were mostly significantly enhanced while the MDA content was reduced within 15 days after inoculation. It was indicated that the induced resistance of exogenous SA and BTH to brown spots may be related to the increase of defense enzyme activity and the decrease of MDA content in tobacco. [Significance] This study provided theoretical references for the control over tobacco brown spots.
