溴虫氟苯双酰胺对江西草地贪夜蛾幼虫的室内毒力及田间药效

摘　　要：【目的】为试验新型杀虫剂溴虫氟苯双酰胺对江西草地贪夜蛾的防治效果,指导田间科学用药。【方法】研究采用叶片浸渍法和喷雾法分别测定了溴虫氟苯双酰胺及3种对照药剂对玉米草地贪夜蛾幼虫的室内毒力和田间防效。【结果】室内毒力测定结果表明:溴虫氟苯双酰胺对3龄幼虫的LC50为0.286 mg/L,仅次于甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐但显著高于硫虫酰胺和四唑虫酰胺。田间药效试验结果表明:药后7 d,100 g/L溴虫氟苯双酰胺SC对玉米草地贪夜蛾的防效与对照药剂5.7%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐DF、10%硫虫酰胺SC相当,均在93%以上,显著高于18%四唑虫酰胺SC的防效。【意义】研究表明,溴虫氟苯双酰胺对江西玉米草地贪夜蛾幼虫具有较好的室内毒杀效果和田间防效,可推荐用于玉米田防治草地贪夜蛾。[Objective] This study was conducted to test the control effects of a new insecticide broflanilide on Spodoptera frugiperda in Jiangxi Province and guide the scientific use of drugs in the field. [Method] The indoor virulence and field efficacy of broflanilide as well as three control agents on the larvae of Spodoptera frugiperda were determined by the leaf-dipping method and spraying method. [Results] The results of laboratory toxicity test showed that the LC50 of broflanilide to the 3rd instar larvae was 0.286 mg/L, second only to emamectin benzoate, but significantly higher than that of thiomethoxam and tetraniliprole. The results of field efficacy test showed that the control effect of 100 g/L broflanilide SC on Spodoptera frugiperda in corn grassland was equivalent to that of 5.7% emamectin benzoate DF and 10% Thiamethoxam SC, both of which were more than 93%, significantly higher than that of 18% tetraniliprole SC. [Significance] It could be seen that broflanilide had good indoor toxicity and field efficacy on the larvae of Spodoptera frugiperda in maize fields in Jiangxi Province, and could be recommended for the control of Spodoptera frugiperda in maize fields.
