摘 要:核电站500 t级发电机定子有多种吊装方法,其中利用厂房既有行车吊装是最经济可行的。2台行车一大一小,高低跨布置,刚性并车就难以实施。结合海外某核电站工程,系统介绍了异轨双行车并车吊装法,通过采用虚拟并车技术克服了并车技术难题,顺利完成了2台发电机定子吊装。吊装方法充分利用既有起重设备,具有影响范围小、吊装效率高、施工成本低等技术特点。In nuclear power engineering,there are many lifting methods for 500t class generator stator.It is the most economical and controllable to use the existing bridge crane.However,when the two bridge cranes are one large and one small,and one high and one low layout,the two cranes together with synchronous action will encounter difficulties.This paper systematically introduces the double-track parallel lifting method,using virtual parallel technique,to overcome the technical problems of synchronization of two bridge cranes.In an overseas nuclear power plant project,the hoisting of two generator stators has been successfully completed and satisfactory technical and economic results have been achieved.This method makes full use of the existing lifting facilities and has the technical characteristics of small influence range,high lifting efficiency and low construction cost.
