摘 要:以工业固体废弃物硫酸渣和高炉灰为原料,采用碳热还原法制备零价铁,并用于去除废水中Cu^(2+),研究了制备条件和反应条件对Cu^(2+)去除率的影响。结果表明,利用高炉灰的还原性可将硫酸渣与高炉灰中的铁氧化物还原为零价铁;该零价铁可去除废水中Cu^(2+),在一定范围内增加高炉灰用量、升高还原温度、延长还原时间有利于优化废水中Cu^(2+)的去除效果;当高炉灰用量50%、还原温度1200℃、还原时间60 min时,所制备的零价铁用于去除废水中Cu^(2+)效果最好,且该零价铁可适用于较广的pH范围和较高的Cu^(2+)初始浓度;零价铁将Cu^(2+)还原为Cu^(0)并吸附在其表面进行去除,当零价铁用量为0.75 g/L、废水pH=4、Cu^(2+)初始浓度100 mg/L时,Cu^(2+)去除率可达93.05%。本研究为硫酸渣和高炉灰的资源综合利用及零价铁处理Cu^(2+)废水提供参考。Zero-valent iron(ZVI)was prepared from industrial solid waste sulfuric acid residue(SAR)and blast furnace ash(BFA)by carbothermic reduction and used to remove Cu^(2+) from wastewater.Effects of preparation conditions and reaction conditions on removal rate of Cu^(2+) were investigated.The results show that iron oxide in SAR and BFA can be reduced to ZVI using the reducibility of BFA,and Cu^(2+) from wastewater can be removed by ZVI.The removal effect of Cu^(2+) from wastewater can be optimized by rising BFA dosage and reduction temperature,and prolonging reduction time in a certain range.The ZVI obtained when BFA dosage is 50%and reduced at 1200℃for 60 min has best effect on removal of Cu^(2+)from wastewater,and the ZVI can be applied to wide range of pH value and high initial concentration of Cu^(2+).Cu^(2+)is reduced to Cu^(0)by ZVI and then adsorbed on the surface of ZVI to be removed.When ZVI dosage is 0.75 g/L,pH value and Cu^(2+)initial concentration of wastewater is 4 and 100 mg/L respectively,the removal rate of Cu^(2+)is 93.05%.This study can provide reference for comprehensive utilization of SAR and BFA and removal of Cu^(2+)from wastewater using ZVI.
