一例老龄犬膀胱结石并发巨大膀胱平滑肌瘤的诊断和治疗

摘　　要：为了解犬膀胱结石并发膀胱平滑肌瘤的临床治疗及术后转归情况,接诊一例老龄斑点犬膀胱结石症的病例,在手术过程中发现,有一约20 cm×15 cm×15 cm表面不平的增生物与膀胱体的背侧相连,增生物表面有完整的膜状结构,与其连接处的膀胱粘膜完好。病理组织学检查显示该肿瘤样团块以增生的梭状细胞为主,为良性膀胱平滑肌瘤。结果表明:对患犬施行膀胱切开取石术,并切除膀胱平滑肌瘤,术后治疗效果好。To investigate the clinical treatment and prognosis of bladder calculi complicated with cystomyoma in dogs,a case of senile spotted dog bladder calculi was treated in a pet hospital.In the course of surgical treatment of bladder calculi in an old dalmatian dog,there was an approximately 20 cm×15 cm×15 cm uneven surface neoplasm attached to the dorsal side of the bladder body.The bladder mucosa at the junction with the neoplasm was found to be intact,the bladder serous membrane surface was closely connected with the neoplasm,and the surface of the neoplasm had a complete membrane structure.Histopathological diagnosis showed that the tumor mass was dominated by proliferating spindle cells and was a benign Leiomyoma of the bladder.After cystolithotomy and surgical removal of the tumor,the dog recovered well.
