五倍子水提液对多刺裸腹溞毒性效应的研究

摘　　要：采用急性毒性试验方法研究了五倍子水提液对多刺裸腹溞的48-h LC_(50)值,应用生命表试验方法研究了亚致死浓度的五倍子水提液(1.25、2.50、5.00、10.00、20.00、40.00 mg/L)对多刺裸腹溞生命表统计学参数的影响。结果显示,中草药五倍子对多刺裸腹溞的存活率和繁殖率具有显著影响(P<0.05),五倍子水提液对多刺裸腹溞的48-h LC_(50)为79.57 mg/L。生命表参数表明,高浓度下(40 mg/L),与对照组相比,多腹裸腹溞的种群内禀增长率和净生殖率显著降低(P<0.05),值分别为[(0.0153±0.0076)h^(-1)]、[(1±0.67)ind.]。The 48-h LC_(50) value of Galla Chinansis to Moina macrocopa was studied by acute toxicity test.The influence of Galla chinensis(1.25,2.50,5.00,10.00,20.00,40.00 mg/L)on the statistical parameters of life table of Moina macrocopa was studied by means of life table test.The results showed that Chinese herbal medicine Galla Chinansis had significant effect on survival rate and reproduction rate of Moina macrocopa(P<0.05),and the 48-h LC_(50) of Galla Chinensis on Moina macrocopa was 79.57 mg/L.The life table parameters showed that the population intrinsic growth rate and net reproductive rate were significantly decreased(P<0.05)at high concentration(40 mg/L),and the values were[(0.0153±0.0076)h^(-1)]and[(1±0.67)ind.]respectively.
