摘 要:目前电力数据的采集分为公共网络和专用网络两种类型,前者网络基础设施比较完善,后者具有更好的可靠性和安全性,且成本较低。为充分利用公共网络和专用网络的优点,提出一种基于采集数据的双模4G公专网络的切换机制和装置。建立基于采集数据的双模4G公专网络的切换机制模型,并分析切换机制和原理,详细阐述切换机制核心思想和原理过程,设计基于采集数据的双模4G公专网络切换装置,通过仿真验证了所提切换机制和装置的正确性和有效性。At present,the collection of electric power data is divided into two types,including public network and private network.The former has a relatively complete network infrastructure,while the latter has better reliability and security,and lower cost.In order to make full use of the advantages of public and private networks,this paper proposes a dual-mode 4G public-private network switching mechanism and device based on collected data.A dual-mode 4G public-private network switching mechanism model based on collected data is established,and the switching mechanism and principle are analyzed.Meanwhile,core idea and principle process of the switching mechanism are elaborated,and a dual-mode 4G public-private network switching device based on collected data is designed.The correctness and effectiveness of the proposed switching mechanism and device are verified by simulation.
