漳州装备制造产业高端化转型升级路径分析

摘　　要：利用统计数据和实地调研,深入剖析了漳州市装备制造产业的发展现状,分析表明了漳州市装备制造产业高端化转型升级存在着基础配套滞后、核心技术欠缺和人才保障不足等发展瓶颈。基于此,漳州装备制造产业应克服高端化转型升级所带来的短暂阵痛,加大自主创新力度,培育转型升级新动能,加强人才资源建设,扎实提高企业的核心竞争力,持续做大做强优势主导细分领域产品和市场,优化产业布局,充分发挥产业集群效应,提升产业溢出效应,抢占高端装备制造产业的新制高点,扎实推进漳州装备制造产业高端化转型升级和高质量发展。The main bottlenecks of Zhangzhou's high-end equipment manufacturing industry are the lagging basic supporting facilities,the lack of core technology and the lack of talent guarantee.Based on this Zhangzhou's equipment manufacturing industry should overcome the short-term pains caused by high-end transformation and upgrading,increase independent innovation,cultivate new momentum for transformation and upgrading,strengthen the construction of human resources.With the above improvements,the high-end transformation and upgrading and high quality development of Zhangzhou's equipment manufacturing industry will be solidly promoted.
