摘 要:目的构建市级公立医院临床护理单元绩效评价指标体系,为护理人员薪酬分配和绩效管理提供依据。方法在文献回顾、调查走访和工作组成员讨论的基础上,构建了市级公立医院临床护理单元绩效评价初级指标体系,运用Delphi法进行两轮专家函询。结果确立了包括4个一级指标、26个二级指标的市级公立医院临床护理单元绩效评价指标体系。两轮专家的权威程度系数分别为0.804、0.807,判断系数分别为0.778、0.775,熟悉程度系数分别为0.831、0.839;两轮轮咨询后,一、二级指标的协调系数分别为0.44、0.58,变异系数分别为0.06~0.16、0~0.21。结论临床护理单元绩效评价指标体系,具有较好的科学性和可靠性,能够为市级公立医院绩效考评及护理管理提供参考和依据,对提升护理服务质量、调动护理人员工作积极性具有重要的意义。Objective To construct the performance evaluation index system of clinical nursing unit in municipal public hospitals,and provide the basis for the salary distribution and performance management of nursing staff.Methods Based on literature review,survey visits and discussions among working group members,a primary index system for performance evaluation of clinical nursing units in municipal public hospitals was constructed,and two rounds of expert correspondence were conducted using the Delphi method.Results The performance evaluation index system of clinical nursing unit in municipal public hospitals was established,including 4 first-level indicators and 26 second-level indicators.The authority coefficients of the two rounds of experts were 0.804 and 0.807,the judgment coefficients were 0.778 and 0.775,and the familiarity coefficients were 0.831 and 0.839;after two rounds of consultation,the coordination coefficients of the primary and secondary indicators were 0.44 and 0.58,respectively,and the coefficients of variation were 0.06-0.16 and 0-0.21,respectively.Conclusion The performance evaluation index system of clinical nursing unit has good scientificity and reliability.It can provide reference and basis for the performance evaluation and nursing management of municipal public hospitals,which is of great significance for improving the quality of nursing services and mobilizing the enthusiasm of nursing staff.
