摘　　要：目的探讨柔性护理管理对妇科护理人员自我效能感及工作积极性的影响。方法选择2020年1月—2021年12月山东省枣庄市立医院妇科护士45名为研究对象,2020年1—12月采用常规护理管理,作为对照组,2021年1—12月采用柔性护理管理,作为观察组。干预后比较两组护士的综合素质各维度评分、工作积极性及自我效能感改善情况。结果观察组护士的综合素质各维度评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士工作积极性及自我效能感评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柔性护理管理的实施,能够调动本院妇科护士工作和学习积极性,提高护士综合素质和自我效能感,从而提高妇科护理质量。Objective To explore the effect of flexible nursing management on the self-efficacy and work enthusiasm of gynecological nurses.Methods A total of 45 gynecological nurses in Zaozhuang Municipal Hospital of Shandong Province from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.From January to December 2020,routine nursing management was adopted as the control group,and from January to December 2021,flexible nursing management was adopted as the observation group.The scores of various dimensions of comprehensive quality,work enthusiasm and self-efficacy of nurses in the two groups after intervention were compared.Results The scores of various dimensions of comprehensive quality of nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of work enthusiasm and self-efficacy of the nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of flexible nursing management can mobilize the enthusiasm of gynecological nurses in the hospital to work and study,improve the comprehensive quality and self-efficacy of nurses,and thus improve the quality of gynecological nursing.
