摘  要:目的绩效考核方案管理在泌尿外科护理管理中的价值。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月衡阳市中医医院泌尿外科18名护士为研究对象,2020年1—12月为绩效考核方案实施前,采用传统的护理管理,2021年1—12月为绩效考核方案实施后,比较绩效考核方案实施前后护士满意度。结果相比于实施前,绩效考核实施后满意度显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。绩效考核实施后较实施前焦虑情绪评分明显降低,护理质量、责任心、考核成绩等评分均较实施前明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绩效考核方案应用于泌尿外科护士管理,促进了医患满意度与自身满意度提升,改善了患者负性情绪、护患关系,促进了护士工作质量、责任心与紧急事故处理能力的提升。Objective To evaluate the value of performance appraisal program management in urological nursing management.Methods From January 2020 to December 2021,18 nurses from the Department of Urology,Hengyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research subjects.From January to December 2020,before the implementation of the performance appraisal plan,traditional nursing management will be adopted.From January to December 2021,after the implementation of the performance appraisal plan,compare the satisfaction of nurses before and after the implementation of the performance appraisal plan.Results Compared with before the implementation,the satisfaction of the performance appraisal was significantly improved after the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of the performance assessment,the anxiety score was significantly lower than that before the implementation,and the scores of nursing quality,responsibility,and assessment scores were significantly increased compared with those before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the performance appraisal scheme in the management of urological nurses can promote the improvement of doctor-patient satisfaction and self-satisfaction,improve the negative emotions of patients and the relationship between nurses and patients,and promote the improvement of nurses'work quality,sense of responsibility and emergency handling ability.
