摘　　要：本文主要针对高端技能型口腔工艺技术人才培养展开研究,先提出行业背景和行业发展新特征,然后对高端技能型口腔工艺技术人才培养现状进行阐述,最后详细论述和总结了高端技能型口腔工艺技术人才培养的解决措施,主要包括构建全新的专业课程新体系、更新课程内容和加强教材建设、重视实训基地建设、推进专任教师双师素质和提高兼职教师执教水平等,旨在培育出高质量的口腔工艺技术人才,满足高端技能型人才需求。This paper mainly conducts research on the training of high-end skilled dental technicians,first puts forward the industry background and new characteristics of industry development,and then expounds the current situation of high-end skilled dental technician training,finally,the solutions for the cultivation of high-end skilled dental technicians are discussed and summarized in detail,which mainly includes building a new system of professional courses,updating course content and strengthening the construction of teaching materials,attaching importance to the construction of training bases,promoting the quality of full-time teachers and improuhg the teaching level of part-time teachers.It aims to cultivate high-quality dental technology talents and meet the needs of high-end skilled talents.
