摘　　要：肿瘤疾病作为慢性病全病程管理可以充分利用多种医疗资源,针对性地为肿瘤患者提供高质量的疾病管理服务,减少其治疗的片段化和重复性,降低就医成本,提高诊疗质量。本文重点对基层医疗机构肿瘤慢病管理现状进行分析,探究肿瘤慢病管理形成的关键要素,指出应向各类人群强化普及肿瘤慢病管理意识,加强基层肿瘤慢病管理人才培养,提升肿瘤慢病管理的科学性和有效性,建设适合基层医疗机构的肿瘤慢病管理新模式。As a chronic disease,the whole course management of tumor diseases can make full use of a variety of medical resources,provide high-quality disease management services for tumor patients,reduce the fragmentation and repetition of their treatment,reduce the cost of medical treatment,and improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment.The article focuses on the analysis of the current status of cancer chronic disease management in primary medical institutions,explores the key elements of the formation of cancer chronic disease management,and points out that the awareness of cancer chronic disease management should be strengthened and popularized among various groups of people,which strengthens the training of grassroots cancer chronic disease management talents,improves the scientificity and effectiveness of cancer chronic disease management,and builds a new model of cancer chronic disease management suitable for grassroots medical institutions.
