摘　　要：目的:研究糖尿病足溃疡(DFU)老年患者免疫因子水平变化。方法:选择2017年10月至2019年10月于亳州市人民医院内分泌科住院的116例DFU患者作为研究组,同期选择116例单纯糖尿病患者为对照组、116例健康体检者作为健康组。对3组采集数据进行统计学分析。结果:研究组体液免疫因子C3、C4、IgG、IgM均高于对照组、健康组,但血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)低于对照组和健康组(P<0.05)。DFU分级越高,C3、C4、IgG、IgM水平越高,IgA水平越低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:C3、C4、IgG、IgM、IgA水平可作为临床评估DFU患者严重程度的生物学指标。Objective:To study changes of immune factors in elderly patients with diabetic foot ulcer(DFU).Methods:A total of 116 patients with DFU who were hospitalized in department of endocrinology of Bozhou People’s Hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as research group. During the same period,116 patients with simple diabetes were selected as control group and 116 healthy patients were selected as health group. Collected data of three groups were statistically analyzed.Results:The humoral immune factors C3,C4,IgG,IgM were higher than those in control group and healthy group while immune globulin A(IgA)was lower than that of control group and healthy group(P<0.05). The higher DFU grade,higher levels of C3,C4,IgG,IgM,and lower IgA level,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Levels of C3,C4,IgG,IgM and IgA can be used to evaluate severity of DFU patients.
