摘　　要：以DY医院为例,介绍其组建临床专科运营助理团队、提升临床专科运营效率的做法。实践证明,临床专科运营助理搭建了良好的沟通桥梁,有利于优化临床管理流程,促进临床学科发展,助力医院实现高质量发展。Taking DY hospital as an example,we introduced its practice of forming a team of clinical specialist operation assistants and improving the efficiency of clinical specialist operation.It has been proved that the clinical specialist operation assistants have built a good communication bridge,which is conducive to optimizing the clinical management process,promoting the development of clinical disciplines and helping the hospital achieve high-quality development.
