摘 要:农业发展实现结构调整与质量提升进程中,农产品电子商务已成为推动农村地区发展的重要引擎。以农民合作社为研究主体,从规模经济、交易成本、利益联结、要素流动四个维度构建理论分析框架,探索“农民合作社+农产品电子商务”模式的理论依据。结合经验研究发现,首先农产品电子商务推动生产要素集聚以实现合作社向联合社的升级,其次促进交易成本向组织成本转化实现成本缩减,再次加强利益联结机制建设以实现农民增收,最后带动农村消费实现城乡要素双向流动。In the process of structural adjustment and quality improvement of agricultural development,e-commerce of agricultural products has become an important engine for promoting the development of rural areas. Taking farmers’ cooperatives as the main body of research, constructing a theoretical analysis framework from the four dimensions of economy of scale, transaction costs, interest linkages, and factor flows to explore the theoretical basis of the "farmers’ cooperatives+agricultural product e-commerce" model. The empirical research shows that: First, agricultural product e-commerce promotes the agglomeration of production factors to achieve the upgrading of cooperatives to cooperatives. Secondly, it promotes the transformation of transaction costs into organizational costs to achieve cost reduction. Thirdly, it strengthens the construction of interest linkage mechanisms to achieve farmers’ income increase. Finally, rural consumption is driven to achieve two-way flow of urban and rural elements.
