摘  要:以采集的安徽省六安市金寨县的毛竹(Phyllostachys heterocycla(Carr.) Mitford cv. Pubescens)为研究对象,选取1度竹(1~2年生)、2度竹(3~4年生)、3度竹(5~6年生)各5株毛竹;每株从离地面约1.5 m的整节处向上截取2 m长的竹段,从中选择节间长度在200 mm以上的8节竹间,在竹环东西南北4个方向上对称取样,加工出8个尺寸为10 mm(长)×10 mm(宽)×t(竹壁厚度)的基本密度试件、8个尺寸为20 mm(长)×20 mm(宽)×t(竹壁厚度)的顺纹抗压强度试件;各取4个试件,按照国家专利CN103512884A《一种界定竹黄与竹肉界线的方法》去除竹黄。参照国家标准GB/T 15780—1995《竹材物理力学性质试验方法》,分别测试保留竹黄和去除竹黄的毛竹材基本密度和顺纹抗压强度;以竹黄对竹材基本密度贡献率、竹黄对竹材顺纹抗压强度贡献率为评价指标,分析不同竹龄、不同高度竹黄对毛竹材的基本密度和顺纹抗压强度的影响。结果表明:竹黄对毛竹材的基本密度和顺纹抗压强度均有增强作用。随着竹龄和竹干高度的增加,竹黄对基本密度和顺纹抗压强度的贡献率均呈上升趋势。其中,竹黄对2度竹、3度竹毛竹顺纹抗压强度的影响差异并不显著;在不同高度时,2度竹、3度竹毛竹间,竹黄对顺纹抗压强度的贡献率与对基本密度的贡献率趋势相符。Five Phyllostachys heterocycle(Carr.) Mitford cv. Pubescens of degree 1(1-2 years old), degree 2(3-4 years old), and degree 3(5-6 years old) were selected from Jinzhai County, Liuan City, Anhui Province, China. Each bamboo was cut from a whole node about 1.5 m above the ground. A 2-m long bamboo section was intercepted upward, from which 8 bamboo sections with an internode length of 200 mm were selected symmetrically in 4 directions from east to west, north to south of the bamboo ring, and 8 basic density specimens with dimensions of 10 mm(length)×10 mm(width)×t(thickness of the bamboo wall) and 8 compressive strength parallel to grain specimens with dimensions of 20 mm(length)×20 mm(width)×t(thickness of the bamboo wall) were processed. Four specimens were taken each, and the bamboo yellow was removed according to the national patent CN103512884 A “A method of defining the boundary between bamboo yellow and bamboo flesh”. With reference to the national standard GB/T 15780-1995 “Test method for physical and mechanical properties of bamboo”, the basic density and compressive strength parallel to grain of moso bamboo with bamboo yellow retained and with bamboo yellow removed were tested respectively;the contribution of bamboo yellow to the basic density and the contribution of bamboo yellow to the compressive strength parallel to grain were used as evaluation indexes to analyze the effect of bamboo yellow on the basic density and compressive strength parallel to grain of moso bamboo at different ages and heights. The bamboo yellow could enhance the basic density and the compressive strength parallel to grain of moso bamboo. With the increase of bamboo age and the longitudinal position of bamboo stalks, the contribution rate of bamboo yellow to the basic density and the compressive strength parallel to grain showed an upward trend.
