贺氏针灸三通法治疗膝骨关节炎急性发作(气滞血瘀证)的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察贺氏针灸三通法治疗膝骨关节炎急性发作(气滞血瘀证)的临床疗效。方法将62例患者随机分为观察组与对照组各31例。两组均予基础健康管理,对照组采用毫针针刺治疗,观察组予以毫针、火针、放血三通法结合治疗,两组均治疗2周。分别于治疗前后分析比较两组WOMAC评分、疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、中医症状评分,并比较两组治疗后的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为93.55%,优于对照组的74.19%(P<0.05);两组治疗后WOMAC、VAS、中医症状各项评分均较治疗前降低(均P<0.05),且观察组在治疗后上述评分均明显低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论贺氏针灸三通法治疗膝骨关节炎急性发作(气滞血瘀证)临床疗效显著,能明显改善患者膝关节僵硬、活动障碍,减轻患者急性疼痛症状。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of He′s Santong method of acupuncture on acute attack of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome).Methods:A total of 62 patients were randomly divided into observation group(31 cases)and control group(31 cases).Both groups were given basic health management.The control group was treated with filiform acupuncture.The observation group was treated with filiform acupuncture,fire acupuncture and blood-letting Santong method.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The WOMAC score,VAS score and TCM symptom score of the two groups were analyzed and compared before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.55%,which was better than 74.19%of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of WOMAC,VAS and TCM symptoms in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(all P<0.05),and the above scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:He′s Santong method of acupuncture has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of acute attack of knee osteoarthritis(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome),which can significantly improve the stiffness and movement disorder of knee joint,and reduce the symptoms of acute pain.
