摘　　要：基于“双碳”目标运用熵值法,构建云南森林旅游产业高质量发展评价指标体系,并结合2011—2020年的数据评价云南森林旅游产业发展状况。结果表明:云南森林旅游产业发展存在低碳建设资金投入不足、高素质人才缺乏、森林碳汇能力提升慢、低碳技术运用不充分和基础设施建设薄弱等问题,据此提出创新投融资模式、提高从业人员的专业素质、增强森林碳汇能力、注重低碳科学技术运用和完善低碳基础配套设施建设以促进云南森林旅游产业高质量发展的建议。Based on the′double carbon′target,this paper combines entropy method,uses the relevant data from 2011-2020,constructs a high-quality development evaluation index system and evaluates the developments status of forest tourism in Yunnan Province.The results show that there is a series of problems such as insufficient investment in low-carbon construction funds,the lack of high-quality talents,slow improvement of forest carbon sink capacity,insufficient application of low-carbon technology and weak infrastructure.Bases on this,this paper proposes to promote the high-quality development of forest tourism in Yunnan Province from the aspects of innovating the investment and financing model,improving the professional quality of employees,enhancing the carbon sink capacity of forests,focusing on the application of low-carbon science and technology,and improving the construction of low-carbon infrastructure facilities.
