摘 要:镁铝尖晶石基耐火材料由于具有硬度高、机械强度高、抗热震性好、抗渣侵蚀和渗透性能优异、环境友好等特点,被广泛应用于钢包、电炉、水泥回转窑等高温工业设备的内衬。在钢的冶炼过程中,熔渣和钢液是与耐火材料直接接触的两种最为常见的侵蚀介质,因此综述了近些年关于镁铝尖晶石基耐火材料在制备、抗熔渣侵蚀和渗透,及其与钢液的相互作用三个方面的研究进展,并对镁铝尖晶石基耐火材料未来发展提出了几点建议,以期为耐火材料行业的发展提供一些参考。Magnesium aluminate spinel based refractory materials display high hardness, high mechanical strength, good thermal shock resistance, excellent slag corrosion resistance and penetration resistance, friendly to environment, and have been widely used in ladle, electric furnace, cement rotary kiln and other high-temperature industrial equipments’ linings. In the process of steelmaking, molten slag and molten steel are the two most common corrosive media in direct contact with refractory materials. So in this paper, the research progress of magnesium aluminate spinel based refractory materials in recent years including three aspects of preparation, corrosion resistance and penetration resistance, their interaction with molten steel were reviewed. And some suggestions were put forward for the future development of magnesium aluminate spinel based refractory materials, in order to provide some reference for the development of refractories industry.
