摘  要:在实验室条件下对低碳钢采用Al-Ti复合处理。对铸态钢样品进行FESEM-EDS观察,发现钢中生成了多种含Ti夹杂物,主要分为单体型(如TiO_(x)、TiS、TiN)和复合型(如Al_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(x)、Al_(2)O_(3)-TiS、TiO_(x)-TiS、Al_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(x)-TiS)两类。复合型夹杂物包括以Al_(2)O_(3)-或TiO_(x)为核心、TiS或TiO_(x)为外层的双层复合结构,和以Al_(2)O_(3)-为核心、TiO_(x)为中间层、TiS为最外层的三层复合结构。根据试验条件进行热力学计算,结果表明:在1873 K钢液中,夹杂物类型随铝钛比的变化而改变,首先生成Al_(2)O_(3)-夹杂,随着铝钛比降低,体系中逐渐析出Ti_(3)O_(5)夹杂物,最终析出Ti_(2)O_(3)夹杂物;凝固过程中,TiS优先于TiN和MnS生成;复合夹杂物主要由凝固析出的TiS在先形成的氧化物表面上生成。Al-Ti composite treatment was carried out on low carbon steel under laboratory conditions.It was found that a variety of Ti containing inclusions were formed in the steel,which were mainly divided into monomer(such as TiO_(x),TiS and TiN)and composite types(such as Al_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(x),Al_(2)O_(3)-TiS,TiO_(x)-TiS and Al_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(x)-TiS)through FESEM-EDS observation of samples.According to the research results,a double-layer composite structure with Al_(2)O_(3) or TiO_(x) as the core and TiS or TiO_(x) as the outer layer,and a three-layer composite structure with Al_(2)O_(3) as the core,TiO_(x) as the middle layer and TiS as the outermost layer were included in composite inclusions.Thermodynamic calculation was carried out according to the test conditions.The results showed that the type of inclusion changed with the change of w(Al)/w(Ti).Firstly,Al_(2)O_(3) inclusion was formed.With the decrease of w(Al)/w(Ti),Ti_(3)O_(5) inclusion was gradually precipitated in the system,and finally Ti_(2)O_(3) inclusion was precipitated.During solidification,the formation of TiS was prior to that of TiN and MnS,and the composite inclusions were mainly formed on the surface of the previously formed oxide by the solidified TiS.
