摘  要:用口蹄疫O型、A型二价灭活疫苗(OHM/02株+AKT-Ⅲ株)免疫12头6~9月龄口蹄疫抗体阴性牛,28日后二免,分别于接种后5 d、28 d、56 d、85 d、110 d采血,测定口蹄疫病毒非结构蛋白(NSPs)抗体及口蹄疫O型、A型ELISA抗体水平,并进行攻毒试验。试验牛免疫后5 d、28 d、56 d NSPs抗体阴性,疫苗纯度高。口蹄疫O型、A型ELISA效价28 d-110 d维持较高水平且达到99%以上保护效力,OHM/02株、A/XJNC/2010株攻毒100%保护,免疫过程安全性良好,无不良反应。The type O and type A bivalent inactivated vaccines(OHM/02 strain+AKT-Ⅲstrain)of foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)were used to immunize 12 six to nine months old cattle with negative foot-and-mouth disease antibodies,the second immunization was after 28 days.The blood samples were collected at 5 days,28 days,56 days,85 days,and 110 days after vaccination,and were used to determine the levels of FMD virus non-structural protein(NSPs)antibodies and FMD type O and A antibodies by ELISA,then all cattle accepted challenge tests.Results showed that the NSPs antibody was negative at d5,d28,and d56 after immunization,which implies that the vaccine is highly purified.The type O and type A ELISA titer of FMD maintains a high level from 28 days to 110 days and have reached a protective effect of more than 99%.OHM/02 strain and A/XJNC/2010 strain have a 100%protection rate,and the immunization process is safe and has no adverse reactions.
