摘　　要：针对市域(郊)铁路列车交路复杂、乘务管理业务繁杂的问题,全面梳理了市域(郊)铁路乘务管理的业务需求,设计了适用于市域(郊)铁路的乘务管理系统。介绍乘务管理系统的业务架构、功能架构和硬件架构,该系统具有乘务计划自动编制、出/退勤过程卡控、多元化的司机培训等功能,并顺利在金义东市域铁路投入使用。In view of the complicated train routing and complicated crew management business of urban/suburban railway,this paper comprehensively combed the business needs of crew management of urban/suburban railway,designed a crew management system suitable for urban/suburban railway,and introduced the business architecture,functional architecture and hardware architecture of the system.This system had functions such as automatic preparation of crew plan,card control of attendance and departure process,and diversified driver training.And it was successfully put into use in Jinyidong Urban Railway.
