摘 要:对某型号双馈风力发电机转轴进行了静强度及疲劳校核分析。通过静应力分析,明确电机转轴的应力水平和分布状况,找出潜在的危险部位,分析转轴的疲劳强度;通过静强度校核,明确电机转轴在不同载荷工况下的设计裕量和安全系数,验证转轴是否满足发电机低电压穿越的要求;通过疲劳强度校核,给出转轴的疲劳安全系数;对转轴的不同结构工艺进行比较分析,找出最优的工艺结构;比较分析不同材料对转轴疲劳强度的影响,找出性价比最优的转轴材料。电机转轴静应力仿真分析流程和疲劳校核仿真分析方法为电机的科学合理设计提供理论依据。The static strength and fatigue verification analysis of a certain model doubly fed induction generator(DFIG) shaft was carried out. Through static stress analysis, the stress level and distribution of the motor shaft were clarified, potential dangerous parts were identified, and the fatigue strength of the shaft was analyzed. Through static strength verification, the design margin and safety factor of the motor shaft under different load conditions were clarified, and it was verified whether the shaft met the requirements of low voltage crossing. Through the fatigue strength check, the fatigue safety factor of the shaft was given. The different construction technology of the shaft was compared and analyzed to find out the optimal technology structure. The influence of different materials on the fatigue strength of the shaft was compared and analyed to find the shaft material with the best cost performance. The static stress simulation analysis process and fatigue verification simulation analysis method provide a theoretical basis for the scientific and reasonable design of motors.
