汽车加速行驶车外噪声限值测量不确定度分析

摘　　要：汽车噪声的大小可以在一定程度上直接代表汽车的质量水平,基于此,该文以2002年1月4日国家环保总局及国家质量监督检验检疫总局联合发布的GB 1495—2002《汽车加速行驶车外噪声限值及测量方法》强制性执行标准为基础,结合JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,对试验车辆加速行驶过程中车外噪声所产生的不确定度实施评估。The size of automobile noise can directly represent the quality level of automobiles to a certain extent. Based on this, this paper is based on the mandatory implementation standard of GB 1495—2002 "Limit Value and Measurement Method of automobile noise outside the vehicle accelerated driving" jointly issued by the State Environmental Protection Administration and the State General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine on January 4, 2002.Combined with JJF 1059.1—2012 "Evaluation and Representation of Measurement Uncertainty", the uncertainty caused by foreign and domestic noise during the acceleration of the test vehicle was evaluated.
