摘  要:通过对多年浙江电网台风次生灾害统计分析显示,电网台风灾情主要分布在台风路径右侧,即使台风登陆点偏南,也可能造成浙江沿海电网事故的发生。将改进的藤田公式应用到风场动力释用中,利用极坐标下原始方程可推导出台风中心气压梯度、位置、移速和移向扰动对于风场的数学表达。通过对1808号超强台风“玛莉亚”登陆前后电网事故点附近风场修正结果显示,经过风场动力释用调整后,在登陆点附近模式预报偏弱的风场分布特征得到明显修正,修正后事故点附近预报结果与实况风速基本吻合。The statistical analysis of typhoon secondary disasters in Zhejiang power grid for many years shows that the typhoon disasters in Zhejiang power grid are mainly distributed on the right side of the typhoon path. Even if the typhoon landing point is south, it may also cause accidents in Zhejiang. During the period of typhoon influence, the transmission line poles and towers have different degrees of excess damage with the increase of topographic elevation and slope. The improved Fujita formula is applied to the dynamic interpretation of the wind field. Using the original equation in polar coordinates, the mathematical expressions of the central pressure gradient, position, moving speed and moving direction disturbance of the typhoon for the wind field can be deduced. The correction results of the wind field near the power grid accident point before and after the landing of super typhoon 1808 "Maria" show that after the adjustment of wind field dynamic release, the weak wind field distribution characteristics of the model prediction near the landing point have been significantly corrected, and the prediction results near the accident point after correction are basically consistent with the actual wind speed.
