摘　　要：有效资源顺畅共享,最大限度释放人才培养与学术创造力,满足治理主体合理利益诉求,回应国家战略和社会关切,是高等教育治理现代化的主要任务与目标。需要公民及社会力量基于自身权利、利益与公共价值关怀参与公共事务,建立以实现公共利益为目标、能够有效回应“冲突和多元利益”要求的决策权力结构。该文从高等教育治理的发展过程入手,阐述高等教育治理现代化的具体表现及如何推进高等教育治理现代化,旨在为各个高校实现高等教育治理现代化提供借鉴。Smooth sharing of effective resources, maximizing the release of talent cultivation and academic creativity,meeting the legitimate interests of governing subjects, and responding to national strategies and social concerns are the main tasks and goals of modernization of higher education governance. Citizens and social forces are required to participate in public affairs based on their own rights, interests, and public value care, and to establish a decision-making power structure that is based on academic power, aims to achieve public interest, and can effectively respond to the requirements of "conflict and multiple interests." Starting from the development process of higher education governance, this paper expounds the concrete manifestation of the modernization of higher education governance and how to promote the modernization of higher education governance, the purpose is to provide reference for the realization of modernization of higher education governance in colleges and universities.
