摘 要:全面推进乡村振兴,加快农业农村现代化,是关系大局的重大问题。新时代大学生恰逢从实现脱贫攻坚到助力乡村振兴的历史征程和人生际遇,参与乡村振兴重大战略中对其价值塑造、能力培养和需求实现有着积极的作用。该文提出“四相融通”型高校乡村振兴实践育人模式,分析“课堂教学、项目孵化、实训体验、成果转化”四个关键要素及其运行机理。同时从探索育人格局,搭建育人系统,构建育人平台三方面探索“四相融通”型高校乡村振兴实践育人新模式。Comprehensively promoting the revitalization of rural areas and speeding up the modernization of agriculture and rural areas are major issues related to the overall situation. College students in the new era coincide with the historical journey and life experience from poverty alleviation to rural revitalization, and their participation in the major strategy of rural revitalization plays a positive role in shaping their value, cultivating their ability and realizing their needs. This paper puts forward a practical education model of "four-phase integration" for rural revitalization in colleges and universities, and analyzes the four key elements and operating mechanism of classroom teaching, project incubation, practical training experience and achievement transformation. At the same time, it explores the practical education mode of "four-phase integration" of rural revitalization in colleges and universities from three aspects, exploring the educational pattern, building the educational system and constructing the educational platform.
