摘　　要：主要分析《中华人民共和国药典》(以下简称《中国药典》)2020年版环节动物门药用动物养殖研究现状,为现代药用动物养殖技术研究提供参考,并统计了《中国药典》2020年版环节动物门动物药的收载情况、含有环节动物门动物药的中成药品种。对收载动物的地理分布与栖息环境,生活习性与活动规律,养殖技术中养殖方法与设施、饲养饵料、疾病防治进行分类对比论述。研究发现《中国药典》2020年版共收载环节动物门药用动物2种,分别为水蛭和地龙。其中水蛭数量为26,占动物药品种的1.62%;地龙数量为50,占动物药品种的3.11%。药用动物水蛭人工养殖方式为“池塘+网箱”“池塘+网箱+水泥池”、生态混养等多种模式。药用动物地龙养殖分为简易养殖法、田间养殖法、工厂养殖法及多种高效混养模式。将《中国药典》2020年版所载环节动物门药用动物水蛭养殖评估为扩养,地龙养殖评估为成熟,为环节动物门药用动物的可持续发展提供参考。This paper mainly analyzes the research on the breeding of medicinal animals belonging to Annelida in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition) and provide references for the research on modern medicinal animal breeding technology. The contents of Annelida animal drugs in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition) and Chinese medicines containing Annelida animal drugs were collected. The geographical distribution, habitat environment, living habits, and activities of the collected animals, and the methods, facilities, fodders, and disease prevention in the breeding technology were compared and analyzed. It was found that the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition) contained two kinds of medicinal animals belonging to Annelida, namely leech and earthworm. The number of leech was 26, accounting for 1.62% of medicinal animal listed in the Chinese Phamacopoeid(2020), and that of earthworm was 50, accounting for 3.11%. The artificial breeding methods of the medicinal animal leech were "pond+cage" "pond+cage+cement pond", ecological polyculture, and so on. The artificial breeding methods of medicinal animal earthworm were simple breeding, field breeding,factory breeding, and other efficient breeding methods. The breeding of leech contained in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition) is assessed as expansion, and the breeding of earthworm is assessed as maturity, this research provides guarantee and foundation for the sustainable development of medicinal animals belonging to Annelida.
