摘　　要：介绍了目前国内外浇注PBX炸药的混合方式发展趋势,设计了适用于浇注PBX炸药的静态混合装置。采用流体动力学仿真技术,对物料在SK型静态混合器中的流动特性进行了模拟分析,获取了静态混合器管路中压力分布、温度分布及浓度分布情况,对比了固化剂组份浓度均匀性随着混合单元数增多的变化,并结合模拟物料混合工艺进行了试验验证。结果表明,SK型静态混合器能够将PBX物料与固化剂混合均匀,且增加混合单元数,有利于固化剂组分的均匀性。The development trend of mixing mode of PBX explosive at home and abroad is introduced.The static mixing divice suitable for cast cured PBX explosive is designed.The flow characteristics of materials in SK static mixer were simulated and analyzed by using the dynamic simulation technology.The pressure distribution,temperature distribution and concentration distribution in the pipeline of static mixer were obtained.The uniformity of the curing agent with the increase of the number of mixing units was compared and the experiment was carried out with the simulated materials mixing process.The results show that SK static mixer can mix the two components evenly,and increase the number of mixing units,which is conducive to the uniformity of curing agent components.
