摘  要:对矿用聚氨酯硬质泡沫材料原料进行了分类和分析,设计出合理的配方,讨论了催化剂、发泡剂对发泡倍数和发泡时间的影响。同时对硬泡聚氨酯填充材料的尺寸稳定性和抗压强度进行测定。制得发泡倍数在3倍~20倍、发泡时间在180 s~360 s的可控硬泡聚氨酯材料,具有优良的尺寸稳定性和抗压强度,氧指数达到21%,反应中心温度控制在95℃以下。The raw materials of polyurethane hard foam for mining are classified and analyzed,the reasonable formula is designed,and the effects of catalyst and foaming agent on foaming times and foaming time are discussed.At the same time,the dimensional stability and compressive strength of rigid polyurethane foam filling material were measured.The controllable rigid foamed polyurethane material with foaming times of 3~20 times and foaming time of 180 s~360 s was prepared.It has excellent dimensional stability and compressive strength,oxygen index of 21%and reaction center temperature controlled below 95℃.
