摘 要:定义生物质甲醇为低碳排放绿色甲醇,并对生物质甲醇制备流程进行简述。采用Gibbs自由能最小化方法建立生物质甲醇制备流程中能耗物耗最高的气化单元的热力学平衡模型,计算比较固定床和流化床两种气化炉的物耗及能耗,并对计算结果进行分析比较。结果表明,从气化后组分对合成甲醇的适用性、生物质能耗、物耗及冷煤气效率等维度,固定床气化技术优于流化床气化技术;从装置规规模、气化后组分稳定性角度考虑,流化床气化技术优于固定床气化技术。本文计算过程及结论对生物质甲醇制备的气化技术路线选择具有一定的参考意义。Biomass methanol is defined as green methanol with low carbon emission,and the preparation process of biomass methanol is briefly described.The Gibbs free energy minimization method is used to establish the thermodynamic equilibrium model of the gasification unit with the highest energy consumption and material consumption in the biomass methanol production process,calculate and compare the material consumption and energy consumption of the fixed bed and fluidized bed gasifiers,and analyze and compare the calculation results.The results show that the fixed bed gasification technology is superior to the fluidized bed gasification technology in terms of the applicability of the gasification components to the synthesis of methanol,biomass energy consumption,material consumption and cold gas efficiency.Considering the scale of the unit and the stability of the components after gasification,the fluidized bed gasification technology is superior to the fixed bed gasification technology.The calculation process and conclusion of this paper have certain reference significance for the selection of gasification technology route of biomass methanol preparation.
