摘  要:介绍一种低压水解的方法,研究反应温度、反应压力、反应时间对水解反应的影响。同时提出解决实际应用企业中的问题,考察了低磷有机缓蚀剂PBTCA对Q235钢的缓蚀性能,并通过实验测试磷含量对缓蚀性能最佳的浓度。为理论阐述与实际应用提供了方法和思路,对环保事业的进行也有着一定的意义。A low-pressure hydrolysis method was introduced,and the effects of reaction temperature,reaction pressure and reaction time on the hydrolysis reaction were studied.At the same time,this paper proposes to solve the problems in practical application enterprises,and investigates the corrosion inhibition performance of low phosphorus organic inhibitor PBTCA on Q235 steel,and tests the optimal concentration of phosphorus content on the corrosion inhibition performance through experiments.It provides methods and ideas for theoretical exposition and practical application,and also has certain significance for the development of environmental protection.
