摘　　要：通过分析脱硫运行状况,从再生方式着手,分析塔阻升高过快的原因,从再生、溶液温度、副盐等方面研判各种因素对塔阻的影响,分别做了针对性的改进,并对工艺操作过程进行调节优化,解决了脱硫再生一体塔运行问题。By analyzing the operation status of desulfurization,starting from the regeneration method,analyzing the reasons for the rapid rise of the tower resistance,judging the impact of various factors on the tower resistance from the aspects of regeneration,solution temperature,and secondary salts,etc.,targeted improvements are made,and the process operation process is adjusted and optimized,which solved the operation problem of the desulfurization regeneration integrated tower.
