摘  要:马中区块位于三塘湖盆地马中构造,该区块地应力作用强,二开钻进中穿越多套地层,岩性复杂多变,裸眼段长达3000 m,钻井液井壁稳定技术难度大。优选聚胺抑制防塌钻井液体系,该体系在马中区块3口井进行了现场应用,配合现场钻井液维护处理工艺,保证施工中井壁稳定,解决了该区块钻进过程中易出现的泥页岩水化、煤层坍塌、应力性失稳及长裸眼井段井壁失稳的难题。Mazhong block was located in Mazhong structure of Santanghu basin.The effect of crustal stress was strong in the oilfield.During the course of drilling the second spud,the lithology was complex and changeable,and the open hole section was as long as 3000 m,though the technology difficulty of the borehole wall stability was great.The polyamine drilling fluid system with inhibition and anti-sloughing ability was optimized,and the system was applied in 3 wells of Mazhong block.The borehole wall was stability during the course of drilling long open well under the help of corresponding the drilling fluids technics and engineering measures.The problems of shale hydration,coal seam collapse,stress instability and borehole wall instability in long open hole section were solved.
