摘　　要：蜡油加氢装置新压缩机级间冷却器多次发生泄漏,对废旧管束采用宏观检修、材质分析、组织检验等方法,查找冷却器腐蚀泄漏的原因,并采取相应防腐措施,保障设备安全生产和装置长周期平稳运行。The interstage cooler of the new compressor in the wax oil hydrogenation unit has been leaking for many times.The macro maintenance,material analysis,organization inspection and other methods are used to find out the causes of corrosion leakage of the cooler,and corresponding anti-corrosion measures are taken to ensure the safe production of the equipment and the long-term stable operation of the unit.
