摘 要:目的:探讨磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)联合数字X射线摄影(digital radiography,DR)在尘肺疾病诊治中的临床价值。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年1月四川省疾病预防控制中心门诊部收治的100例接受尘肺病筛查诊断患者的临床资料,所有患者均接受MRI与DR扫描检查,计算MRI、DR、MRI联合DR诊断尘肺病的敏感度与特异度并分析不同方法的诊断效能。结果:综合诊断结果(GBZ70—2015标准)显示,100例受检者共确诊尘肺病50例,其中MRI诊断尘肺病的符合率为90.00%,敏感度88.00%,特异度92.00%;DR诊断尘肺病的符合率为88.00%,敏感度86.00%,特异度90.00%;MRI联合DR诊断尘肺病的符合率为95.00%,敏感度96.00%,特异度94.00%。ROC曲线显示,MRI联合DR诊断尘肺病的AUC值大于DR和MRI。结论:MRI联合DR诊断尘肺病的准确率高于MRI或DR单独使用,能够有效提高尘肺病的诊断准确率。Objective To explore the clinical value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)combined with digital radiography(DR)in the diagnosis and treatment of pneumoconiosis.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with pneumoconiosis screened and diagnosed by Department of Outpatient of Sichuan Center for Disease Control and prevention from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected.All patients underwent MRI and DR scanning.The sensitivity and specificity of MRI,DR and MRI combined with DR in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis were calculated,and the diagnostic efficacy of different methods were analyzed.Results The comprehensive diagnostic results(GBZ70-2015 standard)showed that 50 cases of pneumoconiosis were diagnosed in 100 subjects,of which the coincidence rate of MRI in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis was 90.00%,the sensitivity was 88.00%,and the specificity was 92.00%;The coincidence rate,sensitivity and specificity of DR in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis were 88.00%,86.00%and 90.00%,respectively;The coincidence rate of MRI combined with DR in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis was 95.00%,the sensitivity was 96.00%,and the specificity was 94.00%.ROC curve showed that the AUC value of MRI combined with DR in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis was greater than that of DR and MRI.Conclusion The accuracy of MRI combined with DR in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis is higher than that of MRI or DR alone,which can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy of pneumoconiosis.
