摘 要:受选煤厂原煤仓、产品仓及转载点等地点空间密闭、通风性较差等因素影响,大量煤炭长期贮存所产生的高浓度瓦斯极易发生爆炸等严重事故,严重影响了选煤厂的生产安全及效率。针对上述问题,设计了一套基于PLC的选煤厂瓦斯实时监控系统,通过高精度瓦斯传感器对选煤厂瓦斯含量进行实时采集,采用以太网+CAN总线组合通信网络实现数据的高效传输,从而实现对风机启停的自适应控制,有效降低了选煤厂的瓦斯安全隐患。Affected by the factors such as the confined space and poor ventilation of the raw coal bunker, product bunker and transfer point of the coal preparation plant, the high concentration gas produced by the long-term storage of a large amount of coal is prone to serious accidents such as explosion, which seriously affects the production safety and efficiency of the coal preparation plant. In view of the above problems, this paper designs a set of gas real-time monitoring system of coal preparation plant based on PLC, collects the gas content of coal preparation plant in real time through high-precision gas sensor, and uses Ethernet+CAN bus combined communication network to realize efficient data transmission, so as to realize the adaptive control of fan start and stop, and effectively reduce the gas safety hidden danger of coal preparation plant.
