摘　　要：顶驱是目前钻井中必不可少的钻井设备,而旋转头是顶驱中最重要也是最容易出问题的部位,承担着上卸扣、起下钻及液压功能方面的作用,一旦出现问题,则严重影响钻井效率。通过对VARCO顶驱旋转头结构及工作原理进行分析,总结了旋转头常见故障,并结合实际情况,提出相应建议及整改措施,可以有效减少顶驱旋转头故障,提高使用寿命,为钻井现场相关人员正确维保和检修设备提供参考。The top drive is an indispensable drilling equipment in drilling, and the rotary head is the most important and the most trouble-prone part in the top drive. Once a problem occurs, it will seriously affect the drilling efficiency. Through the analysis of the structure and working principle of the rotary head of the VARCO top drive, the common faults of the rotary head are summarized, and relevant suggestions and rectification measures are put forward according to the actual situation. It can effectively reduce the failure of the rotary head of the top drive, improve the service life, and provide a reference for the relevant personnel on the drilling site to properly maintain and repair the equipment.
