摘  要:红芪中的化学成分除多糖类之外,黄酮类也是主要活性成分之一。近年来,大量研究集中在红芪多糖类化学成分的研究,对黄酮类的报道少之又少。对红芪中黄酮类化学成分的提取分离、含量测定方法、主要化学成分以及红芪黄酮类化合物在抗肿瘤、抗氧化、改善肺纤维化、抗骨质疏松、降低骨骼肌损伤等方面药理作用进行分析和总结,发现红芪黄酮类化合物在抗氧化和改善肺纤维等方面的疗效都优于黄芪,且二者不能够替换使用。为红芪黄酮类化学成分进一步的鉴定、研究以及临床开发应用提供一定的参考依据,促进甘肃道地药材红芪资源得到合理的利用,推动甘肃红芪药材的产业化发展。In addition to polysaccharides,flavonoids are also one of the main active components of Hongqi(Radix Hedysari).In recent years,a large number of studies have focused on the chemical constituents of polysaccharide from Hongqi(Radix Hedysari),and there are few reports on flavonoids.This paper analyzed and summarized the extraction and separation,content determination methods,main chemical components and pharmacological effects of flavonoids from Hongqi(Radix Hedysari) in anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,improving pulmonary fibrosis,anti-osteoporosis and reducing skeletal muscle injury aspects.It is found that the curative effects of flavonoids from Hongqi(Radix Hedysari) are better than those from Huangqi(Radix Astragali) in anti-oxidation and improving lung fiber,and both can not be used interchangeably.This paper provided a certain reference basis for the further identification,research of flavonoids chemical constituents and clinical development and application of Hongqi(Radix Hedysari),promote the rational utilization of genuine medicinal material Hongqi(Radix Hedysari) resources in Gansu Province and the industrialization of Hongqi(Radix Hedysari) in Gansu Province.
