丹术消异方对卵巢型子宫内膜异位症治疗效果研究

摘　　要：目的 观察丹术消异方对卵巢型子宫内膜异位症患者的治疗效果。方法 2018年2月—2020年8月在医院接受治疗的卵巢型子宫内膜异位症患者为研究对象。两组患者均接受了腹腔镜手术治疗。根据其术后是否应用丹术消异方分为对照组(未应用丹术消异方)和研究组(应用丹术消异方)。观察两组患者疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后血清学指标和免疫指标的差异。结果 研究组患者治疗有效率为98.75%(79/80),明显高于对照组91.25%(73/80),具有统计学差异(χ^(2)值=5.952,P=0.028);两组患者治疗前血清学指标无差别,治疗后,研究组患者的Bcl-2、Bax、Caspase-3水平分别为(3.02±1.02)、(7.32±1.24)、(6.57±1.36),研究组患者的Bcl-2水平低于对照组,Bax、Caspase-3水平高于对照组;两组患者治疗前免疫指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组患者的Ig G、Ig A和Ig M水平分别为(13.02±2.05)g/L、(2.98±0.53)g/L、(1.97±0.32)g/L,高于的对照组患者的(12.24±2.13)g/L、(2.61±0.65)g/L、(1.68±0.28)g/L,差异具有统计学意义。结论 丹术消异方对卵巢型子宫内膜异位症患者的治疗效果较好,可明显改善患者的血清学和免疫指标,具有良好的应用价值。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Danshu Xiaoyi Recipe(丹术消异方) on patients with endometriosis.Methods Patients with endometriosis who were treated in the hospital from February 2018 to August 2020 were selected as subjects.Both groups underwent laparoscopic surgery.According to the application of Danshu Xiaoyi Recipe,the patients were divided into control group(not using Danshu Xiaoyi Recipe) and research group(using Danshu Xiaoyi Recipe).The curative effect of the two groups was observed,and the differences of serum and immune indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the research group was 98.75%(79/80),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(91.25%,73/80).The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.952,P=0.028).There was no difference in pre-treatment serum scores between the two groups.The levels of Bcl-2,Bax and Caspase-3 in the research group were(3.02±1.02),(7.32±1.24) and(6.57±1.36),respectively.The Bcl-2 level in the research group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of Bax and Caspase-3 were higher.There was no difference in the pre-treatment immune index between the two groups.After treatment,the levels of Ig G,Ig A and Ig M of the research group were(13.02±2.05)g/L,(2.98±0.53)g/L and(1.97±0.32)g/L,higher than those of the control group[(12.24±2.13)g/L,(2.61±0.65)g/L,(1.68±0.28)g/L].The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Danshu Xiaoyi Recipe has a better therapeutic effect on patients with endometriosis,which can significantly improve the serum and immune indexes of patients,and has good application value.
