摘　　要：领导干部学习马克思主义经典著作,必须从新时代思想建党、理论强党高度,厚植正本清源、应势通变、立德强能的唯物史观根底。透过浩繁的理论内容深悟经典,抓住历史进步在其大概率可能性与人们为之奋斗的主观努力相契合中实现,把握“两个必然”的真理性;抓住世界观与人生观相统一的整体性特征,把握马克思主义立场观点方法超越工具理性、引领崇高价值追求的真谛;抓住“历史连续性和历史阶段性”中展现的理论“模板”与“现实版”,把握马克思主义基本理论和创新理论的内在继承发展关系,从而使学习经典与增强理想信念、破解使命课题、坚持人民立场、改进领导方法贯通起来。Leading cadres studying the classical works of Marxism must build the party from the ideology of the new era,the theory of a strong party height,the basis of the materialistic historical viewpoint,responding to the situation and change,and establishing a strong moral ability. Through the vast theoretical content,we can understand the classics and grasp the truth of the “two inevitabilities” that historical progress can be achieved by matching its probability with people’s subjective efforts to fight for it;we can grasp the holistic character of the unity of world view and life view,and grasp the true meaning of Marxism’s position,viewpoint and method of transcending instrumental rationality and leading the pursuit of noble values;we can grasp the theoretical “template” and “realistic version”shown in the “historical continuity and historical stage”,and grasp the inheritance and development relationship between the basic and innovative theories of Marxism. In this way,the study of the classics is connected with the enhancement of ideals and beliefs,the cracking of mission issues,the adherence to the people’s position,and the improvement of leadership methods.
