共同富裕视域下精神生活富裕的时代内涵及实现路径

摘　　要：共同富裕视域下精神生活富裕是中国特色社会主义进入新时代、新的发展阶段人的精神生活状态——精神生活共同富裕状态的一种描述,是人的全面发展、满足人民群众美好生活需要的内在要求;是中华民族伟大复兴的重要表征;是人类文明新形态的重要标志。精神生活富裕包括自觉坚定的理想信仰;科学和谐的价值观念;丰厚的科学与人文素养;健康向上、积极进取的精神状态;良好的道德品行和社会风尚;丰富的文化娱乐生活,以及实现精神生活富裕所需要的完善的公共文化服务体系、美丽的生态环境、公平正义平等的社会秩序、稳定而安全的社会环境等重要条件。相应的,树立共产主义远大理想与中国特色社会主义信念、加强社会主义核心价值观引领、弘扬和发展中华优秀传统文化、创建中国自主知识体系、推动文化事业和文化产业高质量发展、持续深化社会主义思想道德建设、营造健康的网络文化生态、发挥人民群众的主动创造精神等是实现精神生活富裕的基本路径。The affluence of spiritual life in the perspective of common prosperity is a description of the state of spiritual life of people in the new era and new stage of development of socialism with Chinese characteristics——the state of common prosperity of spiritual life,which is an inherent requirement for the comprehensive development of people and meeting their needs for a better life;it is an important symptom of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation;it is an important symbol of human civilization. The affluence of spiritual life includes conscious and firm ideals and beliefs,scientific and harmonious values,rich scientific and humanistic literacy,a healthy and enterprising state of mind,good moral conduct and social morals,a rich cultural and recreational life,etc.,as well as a perfect public cultural service system,a beautiful ecological environment,a fair,just and equal social order,a stable and safe social environment,etc. Accordingly,establishing the lofty ideals of communism and socialism with Chinese characteristics,strengthening the leadership of socialist core values,promoting and developing the excellent Chinese traditional culture,creating an independent Chinese knowledge system,promoting the high-quality development of cultural undertakings and cultural industries,continuously deepening the construction of socialist ideology and morality,creating a healthy online cultural ecology,and giving full play to the creative spirit of the people are the basic ways to achieve spiritual affluence.
